Get yourself a Tested permanent removal file for Nokia C01 Plus(SC9863A) on Pandora and use it remove all your locks from the phone. 

On your pandora, select CPU, choose restore backup, load the file, write. Then unlock bootloader, wipe data and frp. DoNe
